COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Notice

Danville San Ramon Eye Medical Patients,

We are committed to the safety of our patients and staff. We have made changes to ensure we are in compliance with CDC guidelines for protection against COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We ask that patients who are exhibiting any type of cold or flu-like symptoms to please stay home and notify us by phone to reschedule appointments.

We are limiting the number of patients we see by taking fewer appointments so we can reduce person-to-person contact in our office. For this reason, please arrive alone or with one family member or caregiver.

A mask or face covering is mandatory for ALL patients and guests who enter our office. Upon arrival, all patients and family members or caregivers will be asked to undergo a temperature check. If a fever is present, patients must reschedule their appointment. Patients will also be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening. Guests will be required to wait in their car until the patient’s appointment is complete and will be notified by phone when the appointment is over.
